A Healthciser Respiratory Exerciser is an apparatus for measuring the volume of air inspired and expired by the lungs. A spirometer measures ventilation, the movement of air into and out of the lungs
1. Sit straight or lean slightly forward.
2. Place the HEALTHCISER at mouth level exhale normally before inhaling.
3. Hold inspiration as long as possible.
4. Remove the mouthpiece and exhale.
5. Repeat the process.
6. Refer package leaflet for cleaning instructions.
